How to softwash heavily colonised render at scale
There are several effective methods to restore heavily stained render using soft wash techniques. One approach is to use Lightning Cleanze for an immediate cleaning effect, followed by Bio Cleanze for a thorough treatment and longer-lasting results.
Alternatively, as shown in the video series below, you can start with Bio Cleanze to achieve dramatic cleaning results over a few weeks, and then use Lightning Cleanze to complete the job.
This method becomes increasingly desirable from a labor efficiency standpoint, especially for larger contracts or any surface for that matter with extreme levels of colonisation.
With the correct planning, equipment and chemicals, results can be achieved at scale to the highest possible standard.
