How to keep children and pets safe when soft washing with Benz Bio Cleanze?

When will paths, patios & drives be safe for children and pets to walk on after soft washing?

The active ingredient used in Benz Bio Cleanze needs to be left for several months for it's full cleaning effect to be seen. Leaving it without rinsing also allows it to soak deeply into porous surfaces, which helps prevent the re-colonisation of algae, mould, moss and lichen.

Once dry, a surface treated with Bio Cleanze at a maximum dilution of 50:1 will be safe for children and pets to walk on.

The most important point is to prevent children and animals coming into contact with any undiluted product via spillages or unprotected containers. Clearly this cannot happen if strict soft washing safety precautions are adhered to.

Children and animals must be kept well away from the soft wash working area until the treated surface has dried. At no time should children and pets be allowed to roam freely around the softwash working area.

Quick tip:
It's important to watch out for "pooling" on surfaces that have poor drainage, where the chemical can collect in hollows. Just brush the pooling away and allow the surface to dry.
