Lances typically connect to the end of the hose reel and allow the controlled application of the diluted soft wash chemical to the surfaces being treated.
As application heights increase the type of lance will change in length and type.
Different spray nozzles are fitted to the end of the lance. The type of nozzle will depend on the chemical being used and local environment.
The amount of overspray generated is normally the biggest determining factor in nozzle selection. At low level, a wide spray pattern and high flow rates is often desirable for speed of work. At higher work lower flow rates with spaller spray patterns are normally essential to protect the operator and the local environment form overspray.
Our Low-level and Mid-level lances are supplied with the industry standard 1/4 stainless steel quick connect fitting which allows for ease of changing of the nozzles.
High-level lances use a screw type nozzle which screw onto the top of the pole.
